makebarchart.com is a free, browser-based tool for creating bar charts. It is provided "as is" with no warranty of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

2. Acceptable use

You may use the Service for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial. The charts you create are yours; we claim no ownership of your data or your output. You may not:

• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm anyone.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service, including via denial-of-service attacks or attempts to bypass rate limits.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code beyond what is publicly served by your browser.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the data you input and the charts you generate. Because the Service runs entirely in your browser, we do not receive, store, or process your chart data. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any data you paste into the tool.

4. Intellectual property

The Service itself — the website code, design, copy, and brand — is the property of makebarchart.com and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service or its components without permission, except as expressly permitted (such as embedding charts you create or quoting articles under fair use).

5. Third-party services

The Service may include or link to third-party services (analytics providers, advertising networks, hosting providers, font CDNs). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL MAKEBARCHART.COM, ITS OPERATORS, OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF — OR INABILITY TO USE — THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to USD 50.
