For all inquiries — bug reports, feature requests, partnership ideas, takedown notices, or simple feedback — please email hello@makebarchart.com. We read everything and reply to most messages within a few business days.

Bug reports

If you've found something that doesn't work, the most useful information you can include is:

• What you were trying to do — e.g., "make a stacked horizontal chart with negative values."
• What happened instead — a description, or a screenshot if you can.
• Your browser and operating system — Chrome on Windows 11, Safari on macOS 15, etc.
• If relevant, the data you pasted in (only if you're comfortable sharing it).

Feature requests

We keep the surface of this tool deliberately small. That doesn't mean we're not interested in suggestions — we are — but please understand that "make it more like Excel" is not a request we'll act on. Specific, concrete asks ("an option to round bar corners," "a way to export at exactly 1200×800") are much more likely to land.
